We have various modes of payment to cater to all our customer’s demands.
1. Cash on Delivery Nationwide - Customers can pay for the order at the time of delivery. Bogus buyers' account are blocked and will pay a penalty fee of 250 pesos for every unpaid order. Customers may monitor their order status
via Customer Account Link >>>>> My Orders Tab. E-mail support@bestdealsavenue.com for guidance on how to restore a blocked account.
2. Office Pick-up – No surprise visits allowed. Only up to 2 customers are allowed to pick up the orders at the office located at 69-A Miami Street Cubao, Quezon City, Barangay Silangan Zip Code 1102.
Items must be paid first at the bank using the following details:

Account Type: Savings
Send proof of payment to e-mail address: support@bestdealsavenue.com.
Customer will receive a payment confirmation within 24-48 hours from the time the proof was sent.
The customer will receive an e-mail indicating that the orders are now ready for pick-up. Customers may also monitor their order status via Customer Account Link >>>>> My Orders Tab.
Customer is not allowed to change the schedule of pick-up once orders are arranged.
3. Online banking, Over-the-counter banking, Over-the-counter Non-banking- Customers can now pay via wireless transfers, or physical banks or remittance centres via Dragon pay. Automatic payment confirmation will be within 24 hours.

4. Meet-up (with handling fee 80 pesos) – Customer can arrange a meet-up with our messenger at any approved LRT or MRT locations to get their order. Below are the rules for meet-up:
The customer is not allowed to be late. Only the messenger has the right to be late.
The customer should come on the agreed place and time.
The customer should give exact payment only.
Bogus buyers are blocked and will pay a penalty fee of 250 pesos for every unpaid order.
We have the right to cancel or reschedule the meet-up time and location for the safety of our employee.
